These 100 x 100mm Flat T-Plate Mending Brackets provide a strong and simple way to repair, reinforce and strengthen larger timber joints. The flat T-shaped design sits across two pieces of timber, helping to hold T-shaped joints firmly together while keeping the fixing neat and low profile.
As the largest size in the range, the 100 x 100mm bracket provides a broad fixing area for more substantial timber projects. Supplied in a pack of 10, they are ideal for sheds, fencing, gates, garden structures, timber frames and general repair work.
How is it installed?
Position the T-Plate flat across the timber joint, with the six fixing holes spread across both pieces of wood. Secure the plate using suitable timber screws through each of the pre-drilled holes.
The broad T shape helps spread the fixing points across the joint, providing a simple way to reinforce both new and existing timber connections.
